Urban Company IPO to open on Sept. 10 Consumer services provid-er Urban Company Ltd. has fixed a price band of *98 to 103 per share for its upcoming ₹1,900 crore in-itial public offering (IPO). Investors can bid for one lot of 145 shares and in multiples of 145 thereafter. The company said it will raise fresh capital of 1472 crore and offer shares worth ₹1,428 crore for sale, assuming the shares are subscribed at the upper li-mit of the price band. Bids will open on Sep-tember 10 and close on September 12. Anchor in-vestor bidding will open on September 9.
